Michele Gallant

Trainer, Personal Trainer Specialist (PTS), Older Adult Fitness Specialist (OAS)

My name is Michele Gallant and I consider myself a late bloomer to exercise, but once convinced of its benefits I never looked back. I personally experienced so many positives in my life because of exercise and so I wanted to pass this on to others. When I retired from teaching I moved on to educating myself to the life of fitness.  I chose to focus my training to older adults because of the need to bring the awareness to this group of the important benefits of physical activity and how it’s never to late to begin. I volunteer with the Arthritis Society and I’ve gained so much knowledge through their programs on how “motion is the lotion” for our joints. My mission is to bring renewed hope to the older adults in a fun way by showing how a minimal increase in activity can help you improve and maintain your quality of life. The most important step is the first one. “Use it or lose it!!”
